Dear Valued Customer:
eApps Hosting will be upgrading the Cloud management system and Portal Thursday morning, October 27, 2011, from 6:00 AM 9:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-4). This is a three (3) hour maintenance window.
During this event, our Cloud management system vendor will be upgrading the cloud management software. Your Virtual Machine will not be impacted. We do not expect any downtime to your hosting service as a result of this maintenance event. The customer portal and store will, however, be unavailable during the maintenance event.
The purpose of this maintenance event is to take advantage of some new features and programming fixes. The update does not make any changes to individual virtual or physical servers. Your virtual machine WILL NOT be modified or restarted. This maintenance will only impact access to your portal and the eApps store.
eApps Hosting is committed to providing the highest possible quality of service and therefore we proactively notify you so that you may have the opportunity to manage your business appropriately.
